PREPAYMENT:
You must make a deposit in advance of 30% of the reservation, by bank transfer to guarantee your reservation. After booking, the property will contact guests with transfer instructions.
PAYMENT:
Payment is made directly at the property in cash.
Check In: 5:00 pm and Check Out: 12:00
If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform the owner in advance.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
The money made to reserve the apartment is not refunded.
Please inform the property at least 15 days before arrival.
POLICY NOT SUBMITTED:
In case you do not present without informing 15 days before, as indicated in the previous section, you must pay the total of the stay.
CHILDREN'S POLICY AND SUPPLEMENTARY BEDS:
Children under 5 years sharing bed with their parents stay FREE.
